Blown Film
A five layer fully automated machine, capable of producing five hundred kilograms per hour of film at a maximum width of 2.0 meters. Equipped with automatic thickness gauge for a consistent film thickness.
Printing
A ten color rotogravure press equipped with a turning bar for double side printing or coating. It is equipped with an in-line camera inspection system to help detect any defects that may arise from the printing process.
Lamination Machine
High speed adhesive lamination machines with advanced drying capabilities, equipped with advance tension control systems that are able to utilize solvent based and solvent less adhesive systems.
Slitters
High speed slitting machines that are able to produce rolls with proper width alignment and proper tension.

Quality is what the customer wants! The QA department is in-charge of:
● in-coming testing of raw materials (inks, solvents, substrates)
●in-process testing of goods (blown film, printed film, laminated film)
● out-going testing of finished goods (slitted rolls, polybags, stand-up pouches, breadbags).
And other various test procedures that need to be done. Your requirement will be our standard.
