HR ASSOCIATE
• Responsible for managing the onboarding process in a timely manner. This includes the entire recruitment process starting with the receipt of personnel request; documents/contracts; pre-employment requirements; general orientation arrangements; and coordinating successful onboarding for all departments/departments.
• Ensures that the talents are deployed before the set aging day.
• Strategize to retain talents of the organization.
• Can keep track of the open roles/talent in the organization.
• Can administer and assess recruitment test kits.
• Maintains an updated recruitment data and reports that is submitted to the HR and Admin Manager.
• Timely filing and updated 201 files.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT:
• To keep track of the employee’s movements from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Monitors the performance of newly recruited talents and submit evaluation forms to relevant departments in a timely manner.
• Focus on personnel issues related to employment status; strengths and weaknesses.
• Assess employee’s performance and skills in-coordination with the department heads.
• Assist in the review of the 3D role profile of each position within the organization.
• Assist in the review of the KPI/KRA in each role.
• Properly files training documents.
• Coordinate with the Compensation and Benefit Associate with regard to employee’s welfare and satisfaction.
• Prepares reports requested by the HR and Admin Manager
OTHERS:
• Supports Administrative activities and programs.
• Can do Administrative functions that may be assigned from time to time.
• Supports the ISO / Certification audits and activities of the company.
• Maintain, implement, sustenance of FSSC standard current version.
