• Check concurrent production run of each machines.
• Perform the Film Blowing Production Checklist.
• Coordinate with the Operator for any irregularities encountered during production.
• Carry out and executes all special instructions received from Film Blowing Operator and Foreman.
• Double check the Job Order (J.O.) / specification sheet of each scheduled for production before run and coordinate to Operator for any query.
• Coordinate and assist Helpers for the proper Resin mixing required by each Film Blowing machines as per Job requirements.
• Coordinate with Helpers for the preparation of required cores to be consumed in all film blowing machines.
• Assist Operator during start-up, in-process, changeover and shutdown.
• Install and retrieve blades used in the Film Blowing machines.
• Unload of finished rolls from the machine together with the helper.
• Lead the proper weighing and stacking of finished rolls.
• Record finished rolls on film blowing production report.
• Record all the events during the shift in the production report.
• Double check resins issued during the shift.
• Prepare the Film Blowing Daily Material Inventory at the end of the day.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the Department.
• Conduct 5S to his assigned work area before and after his shift
• Maintain, implement, sustenance of FSSC standard current version.
