• Working with co EMD and maintenance technicians to address complex technical issues.
• Review previous day activity and reports.
• Receive maintenance job schedule or instructed by section supervisor.
• Receive work request slip and do with approval of his Supervisor or Head.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolving mechanical and electrical faults in machinery under the supervision of his Supervisor.
• Perform machine hygiene after maintenance.
• Conducting routine inspections of all mechanical and electrical servicing to prevent breakdowns.
• Monitor and maintain all production/facilities machines in good condition.
• Conduct 5S to his assigned work area before and after every shift.
• Keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and service reports.
• Attend production meeting set by his Supervisor or head.
• Lead and key personnel in year-end machine spare parts maintenance inventory.
• Responsible for the internal and external audit of the Maintenance and Engineering department.
• Accomplish additional workloads as ordered by his immediate Supervisor and / Manager.
• Maintain, implement, sustenance of FSSC standard current version.
