• Report all Film Blowing activities to his Supervisor.
• Assist Operator during start-up/ shutdown and changeover of product to be run.
• Control and organize the activities of Operators and Helpers.
• Train and assist Operator upon his duty.
• Assure that all special instructions received from his Supervisors.
• Ensure proper handling and operation of all machines.
• Check and monitor each Film Blowing Machines’ running conditions.
• Monitor each machine’s efficiency and regulate wastages.
• Coordinate to Quality Control for non-conforming products and create ways for improvement.
• Report directly to Supervisor all machine related problems.
• Affiliate with Supervisor in respond with the CPAR/ICPAR received by the department and lead the investigation in the occurrence of the problem.
• Initiate the 5’S and GMP programs to Film Blowing Operator, Assistants and Helpers.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the Department. 
• Conduct 5S to his assigned work area before and after his shift.
• Maintain, implement, sustenance of FSSC standard current version.
